Bending Test

After bending
DRP-JOINT passed the test for approval of tensile force of 15A 80Mpa, 100A 600Mpa under the condition of fluid pressure 2.5Mpa which are designed specification. Test result shows that there is no fluid leakage when being bent up to 22.28°. It means DRP-JOINT ensures safety against ground subsidence and earthquake.
Vibration Test
Passed vibration test under 2 million times of frequencies
Passed shock-proof test under the conditions:
ㆍpressure of fluid: 2.5Mpa
ㆍAmplitude of vibration: 1.16mm
ㆍFrequency: 20Hz
ㆍDuration: 168hr (7days)
ㆍ#of total vibration: 500,000 times
